Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

United States & International: 7–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or busy periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@pawsomeguides.shop and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Pawsome Guides cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
